Whether you are starting up a PEO or have been in business as a PEO for a while, it's important to take the time to ask yourself how can we Level up? Here are some key questions to think about.

Important PEO Questions:

  • Do you understand all the complexities of running a PEO?Key.jpg
  • Do you have repeatable processes & procedures in place to assure consistency?
  • Is your staff trained to follow them?
  • How do you bring on a client from Sales to First Payroll?
  • Do you have built in Workflows defined?
  • Ever had someone come in for On-Site Live evaluation?
  • How does your service team know what was sold?
  • Have you ever thought of “key people” disaster recovery plan?
  • How does your technology platform perform?
  • Do you have the tools you need integrated with technology platform?
  • Ever thought of using a White Label option?

I’d like the opportunity to talk with you about your PEO. We learned the PEO industry working in the trenches for over 20 years.
